Silver Moon Pet Sitting – Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms and policies outlined below.
Deposit
Deposits are required for all bookings to secure your reservation. Dates are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Requested dates cannot be held without payment.
Final Payment
Full payment is required prior to or at the commencement of your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Payment
If payment has not been received as agreed, services may be paused or ceased. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in the deposit being retained, as those dates have been reserved exclusively.
Early Return
If a booking is shortened or ends earlier than planned, payments are non-refundable for the full reserved dates, as those dates were held exclusively for your booking.
Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or emergency, I am authorised to seek veterinary care if you cannot be reached. Your pet will be taken to your nominated veterinarian where possible or the nearest available clinic if immediate care is required.
Pet Photos & Privacy
During visits and overnight stays, I take photos to provide updates while you are away. Occasionally, images may be shared on the Silver Moon Pet Sitting website or social media to showcase the animals in my care. No personal information such as names, addresses or identifying details will ever be shared. If you prefer your pet’s photos not be used, you are always welcome to let me know.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are asked to provide accurate information regarding their pet’s behaviour, health and care requirements.
Agreement to Terms
By confirming a booking via message, phone or in person, you agree to the terms and policies outlined by Silver Moon Pet Sitting.
